Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the WristPark phone app, Garmin watch app, or related services. By using WristPark, you agree to these terms and the rules of the platform from which you obtained the app.
1. What WristPark provides
WristPark helps you save a parking position, follow elapsed parking time, estimate a fee from your settings, sync details between a compatible Garmin watch and phone, and open navigation. Features can differ by device capability, operating system, permissions, installed map apps, and Garmin connectivity.
2. Your responsibility
WristPark is an aid, not a guarantee. Confirm signs, parking limits, prices, payment requirements, traffic rules, and the safety of a route yourself. Do not interact with the app while driving. You are responsible for the accuracy of fee rules and values that you enter.
3. Location and fee estimates
GPS can be delayed or inaccurate, especially indoors, near tall buildings, or with limited satellite visibility. Distance, direction, parking time, and fee values are estimates. WristPark does not issue parking tickets, collect parking fees, reserve parking, or guarantee that a saved point represents the exact vehicle position.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Some features require WristPark Pro. Available products, storefront prices, eligibility for trials, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under the applicable store terms. Subscription management and cancellation are available in your store account. A lifetime product, when offered, is a one-time purchase for the supported WristPark app service and is not transferable to a different store account.
5. Acceptable use
You may use WristPark for personal, lawful parking assistance. You may not interfere with the app or related services, bypass purchase checks, misuse Garmin or map-provider services, reverse engineer the app where prohibited by law, or use WristPark in a way that creates a safety risk.
6. Third-party services
WristPark relies on services supplied by Apple, Google, Garmin, RevenueCat, map providers, and your device manufacturer. Their terms, availability, compatible devices, and network services are outside our control. Changes to a third-party service may affect a WristPark feature.
7. Availability and warranty
WristPark is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We work to keep it useful, but do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect GPS results, or error-free sync. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WristPark and its publisher are not liable for parking charges, fines, towing, missed deadlines, route decisions, loss of a saved point, or indirect losses resulting from use of the app. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and contact
We may update WristPark or these terms. Material changes will be shown through an updated effective date or an in-app notice when appropriate. Questions can be sent to support@wristtale.com.
