Most WristPark issues come down to the watch app, Garmin connection, permissions, or satellite visibility. Start with the quick checks below.
Use the Connect IQ Store and confirm your watch is compatible.
Keep Bluetooth on, pair the watch, then refresh the device in WristPark.
GPS is slower indoors and near tall buildings. Wait for a better quality color.
Parking did not reach the phone
- Confirm Garmin Connect Mobile is installed and paired.
- Open WristPark and choose the same Garmin device that saved the spot.
- Allow Bluetooth or nearby-device access when the system asks.
- Bring the watch and phone close together, then refresh once.
GPS stays poor or keeps searching
Go outdoors with a clear view of the sky and keep the watch still for a moment. Buildings, covered parking, trees, and a cold satellite start can slow the first fix. Satellite modes are offered only when the selected watch reports that capability.
Restore WristPark Pro
Use Restore purchases on the paywall while signed into the same Apple or Google store account used for the purchase. Storefronts control billing, cancellation, and refund handling.
